I honestly couldn't ask for more. Just a 10 or 15 minutes walk from the centre, breakfast is always ready soon after arriving at our table (with extra flexibility if we hadn't marked down on the provided sheet), the host provided good information anytime we asked a question of places to visit, bathrooms and toilets were clean, rooms were also in great condition, good parking space. All in all, absolutely no complaints whatsoever. Should I come back to Falmouth again, I will for sure reserve this place again. Excellent experience.

Fab welcome from a lovely lady. Rooms spotlessly clean as was throughout. Room 1 had a great view over the sea. Great brekkie pre-ordered night before. Roomy car park. Great value for money. Will definitely be back

What a gem of a place! Very clean, spacious room with comfortable bed, nice bathroom and stunning view from the bed. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is delicious, all freshly cooked and prepared. A nice lounge and sunny patio. Just a 5 minute walk from the train station and a ten minute walk to the water front / high street. Would happily stay here again and can highly recommend.

Great place, honest people, giving an honest product. Ex.Army veterans of some 24 yes service, what could be better. The place was spotless, amazing rooms and service. As a change, a decent sized TV, I could relax in my very comfortable bed and watch. The breakfast, was freshly made and tasty, with extra if required. The toilet was separate from the great shower room, which I really appreciated. Tea and coffee supplied, with a nice sweet biscuits. The bed was so bouncy, I lay on it and nearly ended up on the floor. Yes it was that great and again it was spotless. Lovely pure white linen with great pillows. The carpet was clean and room full of matching furniture with loads of drawers space. As I am 71, it's position was my only problem, as I had no transport of my own, but a 10 minute walk had me at a bus stop. Mostly though, I took a taxi, at £6.00 per ride.from town centre. If I was physically younger and fitter, I would stay there all the time. It's a lovely relaxing place, and hosts are beautiful and brilliant.

I would really recommend this place! My partner and I recently stayed here for 3 days while in town for a wedding. The lady (I am sorry I didn't get your name!) who we dealt with over the course of our stay was lovely, and very helpful. The place was spotless and really well organised, we had a family room which was lovely and spacious. Partner and I both really enjoyed our breakfasts, in particular the fruit salad. Great location too, only a short walk to get to the train station and to town.

Great traditional bed and breakfast with a good choice of options for breakfast. There is a bar if you wanted to stay in, but not far from the main town centre (5 mins walk) with lots of pubs and cafes. Friendly and helpful host. Would recommend staying here (they close over winter I believe).

Great location, very clean, lovely views depending on room, good breakfast for anyone walking the Coastal Path. Liz is a terrific host. We stayed 2 nights and would definitely stay again if available (for context for the upcoming May bank holiday this is one of the few places that have no vacancies).

Friendly staff in a clean and well appointed establishment. The breakfast is pre ordered and cooked fresh to the table for the time you require. The breakfast was tasty with no oil or grease. The room was comfortable with a nice view of the sea. An excellent stay and I would definitely return next time I am in Falmouth Update Oct 22: We did return and it was just as excellent second time around. Update Oct 2024. Always our first choice stay in Falmouth. Always the same high standard.
